For athletic and non athletic people to play sports on the sand and have fun while imporving stamina and skills. We live in a great city and it's our duty to enjoy the beach and play soccer, football, volleyball, frizbee, and all other beach friendly sports. For a great cardiovascular workout, there is nothing like running your feet through the sand. It builds your core, imporves balance, and you get a nice tan after you're done.
We want to get as many people to try stand up paddle boarding as possible ! Stand Up Paddling is one of the fastest growing water activities. Kangoo improve balance, agility, and coordination. Kangoo classes helps to tighten and tone your body. You will feel it mostly in your core and glutes. Kangoo is for ALL levels and very safe and effective. This class will be held outdoors in a boot camp style. Down the road when we secure a studio to rent, we will offer kangoo jumps, which is more dance and choreography based. Class is $15 for new students.
